Certification Terms & Conditions

EVANS VELO ZONE™ Practitioner Certification

Certification through Evans Performance confirms completion of an educational program. It does not grant ownership of any proprietary systems, frameworks, diagnostics, or intellectual property.

Eligibility

Certification requires holding a current CSCS or equivalent professional credential. Eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of Evans Performance LLC, and documentation may be requested.

License & Use

Certified practitioners are granted a limited, non-transferable license to apply the EVANS VELO ZONE™ system in their professional coaching practice. Teaching, sublicensing, or reproducing materials is prohibited without written authorization.

No Guarantees

Certification does not guarantee professional outcomes, financial results, or client performance.

Revocation

Evans Performance reserves the right to revoke certification for misuse of intellectual property, ethical violations, or failure to comply with licensing terms.
