Certification Terms & Conditions

Evans Velo Zone™ Certification Programs

These Certification Terms & Conditions apply to certification programs offered by SAEvansJr Performance LLC, operating as Evans Performance®, including the Evans Velo Zone™ Practitioner Level 1 Certification and the EVZ Platform Certification.

Completion of an applicable certification confirms that the participant has satisfied the educational and assessment requirements established for that program. Certification does not transfer ownership of Evans Velo Zone™, EVZ™, RPI™, associated methodologies, software, diagnostics, educational materials, or other intellectual property.

Eligibility

The EVZ Platform Certification is intended for coaches, trainers, sport-performance professionals, clinicians, educators, and other qualified individuals working in or studying related fields.

Evans Performance® reserves the right to determine enrollment eligibility where necessary.

Certification Requirements

Certification is awarded upon successful completion of the required educational modules, assessments, and final examination or other requirements established for the program.

Participants are responsible for completing all certification requirements and maintaining accurate enrollment information.

Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

All Evans Velo Zone™, EVZ™, RPI™, course materials, diagnostic frameworks, platform methodologies, graphics, reports, and related intellectual property remain the property of SAEvansJr Performance LLC or their respective rights holders.

Certified practitioners may apply the EVZ methodology within their professional practice and accurately represent themselves as having completed the applicable EVZ certification.

Certification does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, teach, sublicense, sell, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative commercial products from proprietary EVZ materials, methodologies, software, or intellectual property without written authorization.

Certification Designation

Individuals who successfully complete the program may use the certification designation provided by Evans Performance® while their certification remains in good standing.

Certification may not be represented as an academic degree, professional license, medical credential, or endorsement by any third-party organization.

EVZ Performance Platform Access

Certain certification programs may include access to the EVZ Performance Platform. Where platform access is included, the duration and applicable access terms will be specified in the certification offering at the time of enrollment.

For the EVZ Platform Certification, enrollment currently includes 12 months of access to the EVZ Performance Platform.

Platform access is separate from certification status. Continued platform access after an included access period may require a separate subscription, renewal, or other applicable access arrangement.

Use of the EVZ Performance Platform is subject to any additional platform terms, privacy policies, and acceptable-use requirements in effect at the time of use.

Continuing Education

Continuing education credit is subject to the requirements and policies of the applicable credentialing organization. Participants are responsible for confirming that a course satisfies the requirements applicable to their individual credential or renewal cycle.

Payments & Refunds

Enrollment fees, payment terms, refund eligibility, and any applicable cancellation policies are governed by the terms presented at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, certification enrollment and platform access may not be transferred to another individual.

No Guarantees

Certification and use of the EVZ Performance Platform do not guarantee athletic, professional, financial, business, or client outcomes.

EVZ analysis and recommendations are intended to support professional decision-making and do not replace the judgment or responsibility of the practitioner.

Suspension or Revocation

Evans Performance® reserves the right to suspend or revoke certification status or platform access for material violations of these terms, misuse of intellectual property, fraudulent representation of certification status, unauthorized distribution of materials, or other conduct that materially compromises the integrity of the certification or EVZ system.

Program Modifications

Evans Performance® may periodically update certification content, assessments, platform functionality, terminology, or program requirements as the EVZ methodology and platform continue to develop.

Material changes affecting existing participants will be communicated when appropriate.
