These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of websites, digital products, educational materials, software, platforms, and related services provided by SAEvansJr Performance LLC, operating as Evans Performance® (“Evans Performance,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, enrolling in our programs, or using the EVZ Performance Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional terms applicable to a specific product or service.

Educational & Professional Use

Content provided by Evans Performance is intended for educational and professional-development purposes. It does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or other individualized professional advice.

Coaches and practitioners remain responsible for their own professional judgment, athlete or client supervision, programming decisions, and appropriate application of information obtained through our products and services.

EVZ Performance Platform

The EVZ Performance Platform provides tools for organizing, analyzing, interpreting, and monitoring athletic-performance information.

Platform outputs, including scores, classifications, insights, and recommendations, are intended to support—not replace—professional coaching judgment.

Access may be subject to subscription, certification, trial, licensing, or other applicable access terms.

Intellectual Property

Evans Velo Zone™, EVZ™, Evans Velo Zone Wave™, RPI™, associated methodologies, diagnostic frameworks, software, course materials, graphics, reports, written content, and other proprietary materials are owned by SAEvansJr Performance LLC or their respective rights holders.

Except where expressly authorized, users may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative commercial products from, or otherwise commercially exploit proprietary materials without written permission.

Purchase, enrollment, certification, or platform access does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate account information, maintain the security of their account credentials, use the services only for lawful purposes, and refrain from interfering with or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform, website, or related systems.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authorization to enter, upload, or process athlete, client, or other third-party information through the EVZ Performance Platform.

Purchases, Subscriptions & Access

Prices, access periods, subscription terms, included services, and refund or cancellation conditions are those presented at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.

Access to certain products or services may expire or require renewal. Certification status and EVZ Performance Platform access may be governed separately.

Certification Programs

Participation in Evans Performance certification programs is additionally governed by the Certification Terms & Conditions. Where those terms conflict with these general Terms of Service regarding certification-specific matters, the Certification Terms & Conditions will govern.

No Guarantees

Evans Performance does not guarantee athletic, professional, financial, business, or client outcomes resulting from use of its website, educational products, methodologies, certifications, or software.

Performance analysis and recommendations depend on the information provided and should be interpreted within the context of the individual athlete and professional coaching environment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SAEvansJr Performance LLC and Evans Performance® will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, educational materials, website, or platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Third-Party Services

Our website, products, or platform may integrate with or link to third-party services. Those services are governed by their respective terms and privacy practices, and Evans Performance is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

Suspension & Termination
