Except where expressly authorized, reproduction, redistribution, publication, commercialization, sublicensing, or creation of derivative commercial materials from proprietary EVZ content is prohibited without written permission.

Use of the EVZ Performance Platform, purchase of educational materials, or completion of an EVZ certification does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
